Your iLok license is deposited when the transaction is completed, normally your license should be available in your iLok license manager after a couple of minutes, unfortunately sometimes the nature of internet and network may be in play, so please allow up to 30 minutes for the license to show up.

iLok License Manager – Quick Guide

If you still have not received your license after 30 minutes, please check your order in the order history section in your FLUX:: user account and verify that the transaction is paid in full and completed.

Subscription plans are automatically renewed according to the plan, and the renewal will be alerted in an email 14 days prior to the renewal date, with the option to cancel the plan.

You can access your subscription plan in your Flux:: user account Subscriptions Section, where you can administer and cancel your subscription plan.

When cancelling a subscription plan, this will be effectuated at the end of the commitment period.

  • Monthly – At the end of the 30-day period
  • Annual Monthly – At the end of the last 30-day period
  • Annual – At the end of the 360-day period

If you have lost, or if you can’t remember, your FLUX:: user account password, to recover your password:

  1. Go to the FLUX:: user account password reset page
  2. Enter your FLUX:: user account email address and click Reset.
  3. If your email address is registered in our user database, an email with a link to reset your password will be sent to you within the next minutes after clicking reset.
  4. Check your inbox for the password reset email, if you can’t find it, please check your spam folder as well.
  5. Click on the Password Reset link in the email.
  6. Enter a new password and click Reset.

If you can’t login to your FLUX:: account, or if you get a Login Error: Account is disabled when you try to login, please check that you account email is verified. When you register an account in the FLUX:: online shop, an email with an email-address verification link is sent to your email address.

To find this email, please check your inbox again, as well as your spam folder, for an email sent by no-reply@flux.audio with the following subject Email address verification.

In the email there’s a verification link to confirm your email address, please click the verification link in the email, and your account will become enabled and you should then be able to login to your account.

It is not possible to login to your FLUX:: user account without the email address verification.

NOTE: If had an account prior to 2019 you need to create a new account in our new shop system (launched in 2019). If you bought your FLUX:: licenses prior to this, your licenses are, of course, still available in your iLok account. Thanks for your understanding!

A FLUX:: user account can be created in two ways:

Connect with an iLok account to create a FLUX:: account

Create a Flux:: account by logging in with an iLok user account id.

When the FLUX:: account is created, you can login using your iLok username and password with the the Login with iLok option, or you can also login using the email and the password entered when the FLUX:: account was created.

Linking the iLok user account to the FLUX:: account provides an easy overview and administration of your FLUX:: iLok licenses in the iLok section in the Flux:: account. Please verify that the iLok account is validated and active before you try linking it to the FLUX:: account, if the account is not active and validated it will not work to link it to the FLUX:: account.

Create a FLUX:: account using the registration form

User Account Registration Form

When the account is created, an email message with a verification link for the activation of the account is sent to the email address entered in the registration.

If the verification email can’t be found in the inbox, please check the spam folder/filter!

The account will not be activated and it will not work to login to the account if this link is not clicked.

When the account is verified and activated, an iLok account can be linked (recommended) in the iLok Section in My Account when logged in, creating an easy overview and administration of the Flux:: iLok licenses directly in the Flux:: account. Please verify that the iLok account is validated and active before you try linking it to the FLUX:: account, if the account is not active and validated it will not work to link it to the FLUX:: account.
