The 22.09 update, the first paid upgrade since SPAT Revolution was released in 2017, requires a new license.

All our software licenses includes a 1-year Service License Agreement (SLA) with free support and free upgrades. Customers with a SPAT Revolution license activated from September 1st 2021, automatically should have received the 22.09 update licenses (with surrender of the previous license) in their iLok license manager.

All other SPAT Revolution customers are offered the 22.09 license as a paid upgrade and can simply log into their account and access the My Upgrade Options section in the FLUX:: user account to access their upgrade offer.

The previous license, now renamed to SPAT Revolution 22.02 in the iLok license manager, can still be used with all software versions up to 22.02.50151.

The 22.09 license upgrade, includes the 22.02 license as well, for backwards compatibility.

To request a trial license, you need to login to your FLUX:: user account. If you don’t have a FLUX:: user account, you need to create an account first.

Request Trial License

If you already have a previous trial license for a specific product, expired or not, on the iLok user account, it will not be possible to request a second trial license for the same product. To request a second trial period, please contact FLUX:: Helpdesk.

After the trial license request is submitted, your license should normally be available in your iLok license manager after a couple of minutes, unfortunately sometimes the nature of internet and network may be in play, so please allow up to 30 minutes for the license to show up.

The FLUX::  online store is subject to French and EU tax regulations which require sales tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), to be applied to orders from countries in the European Union (EU).

The exemption, according to EU rules and regulations, is if you represent a VAT registered company located in the EU (excluding France), then you can get a direct VAT exemption by entering your company name and VAT identification number in the respective fields during the purchase checkout.

  • Customers purchasing as individuals from the EU will be charged with VAT (20%).

  • Customers with VAT registered companies in the European Union providing a valid VAT number and company postal address during the purchase checkout, may purchase with VAT exemption.

  • Customers from all other countries outside the European Union will not be charged any VAT.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date the order was paid in full, to request a refund.

A refund must be requested from, and authorized by, our customer service team within 14 days as per above.

When a refund request is approved, an iLok license surrender process will be initiated, which must be completed before the refund will be processed.

For subscription plans we do not refund a started currently ongoing term, or terms that have already ended.

You can access your subscription plan in your Flux:: user account Subscriptions Section, where you can administer and cancel your subscription plan.

When cancelling a subscription plan, this will be effectuated at the end of the commitment period.

  • Monthly – At the end of the 30-day period
